Board Changes: Skip Middleton to Join Board of Advisors

TYMLEZ Group Limited (ASX:TYM) (TYMLEZ or the Company), a leader in enterprise software and technology solutions utilising commercial grade blockchain technology, announces that following its strategic review, Daniel Dickens (non-executive director) and Rodney Hannington (non-executive Chairman) will step off the TYMLEZ board effective immediately and be replaced by Jitze Jongsma (executive director and current CFO), Niv Dagan (non-executive director and founder of Peak Asset Management) and Justyn Stedwell (non-executive director and current Company Secretary).  Niv Dagan and Justyn Stedwell will both act as directors of the Company on an interim basis.

Daniel and Rodney have both been integral in the Company’s admission to the Australian Stock Exchange and the company wishes to thank them for their efforts.

As noted in the ASX announcement 18 November, the Company is in an exciting transition phase as it commercialises both Google and HPE, among other projects and is focusing on attracting great talent.

As part of this exciting new chapter, the Company is pleased to announce that Skip Middleton has joined the company as an advisor to the board and will be working closely with Reinier van der Drift (CEO) and the management team to drive shareholder value.


Mr Middleton is a turnaround specialist.

He is currently a non-executive advisory board member at Japanese multinational - Pioneer Corporation, which manages over 12,000 employees and encompasses revenues in excess of 386 million Yen. Pioneer manufactures and sells audio and video equipment for household, industrial, and automobile use. Pioneer also licenses its patented technologies for optical disk to other businesses.

Mr. Middleton previously was a top executive for 10 years at, working alongside the founder to expand the business internationally. He was instrumental in growing EBITDA from $600,000 to $40,000,000 in 7 years, while keeping headcount to ~150 employees.

Skip is the founder of Sinteag Ventures, based in Florida and will play an instrumental role in bringing the TYMLEZ marketplace into the US market.

As part of his appointment, Mr Middleton stated: “I’m excited to be part of the upcoming wave of scheduled growth of TYMLEZ. The foundation was laid with HP Enterprise and SUSE that will incorporate TYMLEZ’s secure blockchain technology and machine learning capabilities, into the advanced global sales and technology capabilities of industry leaders. We see bundled sales with new and existing HPE and SUSE clients. Coupling the relationship with UK’s Microfocus, a former successfully exit by the TYMLEZ founder, provides 3 robust prongs to incorporate the TYMLEZ offering. Together with the strong relationships I have built in the past 20 years, the next 36 months will be a very exciting time for shareholders and partners alike and I am excited to be part of this journey together with you.”
